1. General information:

1.1. Guarantee period - the conditions included in the guarantee are available for 12 months or 20.000 km, the first one completed from the car selling moment.

1.2. Co-participation - according to the law, every time the vehicle will be repaired during the guarantee period, the owner needs to endure the amount of 200 lei (VAT included) or the repairs costs (in case this repair costs lower than 200 lei).

1.3. In order to profit of the guarantee the owner needs to fulfill all the conditions mentioned in the 3^rd and 4^th paragraph. In case the conditions are not totally respected the guarantee will be canceled. Any repairs, during the guarantee period, will be made by SC Union Motors Romana SRL, or through the services authorized by SC Union Motors Romana SRL. SC Union Motors Romana SRL and all other authorized services will offer the highest international standards for quality and performance. The customer should know that, during the guarantee period, any repair made outside the network of services authorized by SC Union Motors Romana SRL will be paid by himself and will not be included in the "Guarantee from bumper to bumper".

1.4. The buyer will not benefit of replacement car during the period that his own car will be out of service.

2. The AAA New Kopel guarantee includes:

2.1. Engine: the motor bloc, the breech, the pistons and the camasa, the cylinders, the rod, arbore cotit, the cane, the pump, the armatures and the oil pump.

2.2. Gear box: full cover (only for the internal components).

2.3. Power steering: canes, pistons, valve, hydraulic pump.

2.4. Cooling system: water pump (the dismantling is not included), thermostat, indicator for water temperature, ventilator and water cooling engine.

2.5. Retardation system: retardation pump, cylinders and etrieri.

2.6. Exhaustion system: exhaust, loops and pipes, exhaust pipe.

2.7. Fuel supply: injection system (injection pump, injectors), fuel pump and tank.

2.8. Electric system: induction spool, horn, alternator, accumulator, lights switch and lighter.

2.9. Air conditioning: filters, compressor, expansion valve, condense trickling and ventilator. 

3. The guarantee does not cover:

3.1. The accident damages, negligence and listlessness.

3.2. Components from the car structure and accessories that implies the normal usage, damages produced by an unsuitable driving or exploitation of the car.

3.3. Damages produced by wrong maintenance of the car, the use of oils or other materials without taking into consideration the manufacturer specifications, or any other type of maintenance that is not according to manufacturer warnings (preventive measures regarding the engine maintenance/exploitation).

3.4. Electronic systems and sensors.

3.5. Armatures, air filter/pollen/binnacle and oil filter.

3.6. Tires and plastic components, battery, catalyses. 

Other guarantee exclusions:

In case the mileage is damaged and not immediately repaired and/or suffered modifications that affects the possibility of registering the distances, AAA New Kopel is right in cancel the vehicle guarantee.  

In case the car is involved in an accident and/or any other incident that is not covered by the guarantee and affects the optimum performance of the vehicle, AAA New Kopel is right in cancel partial or total the guarantee.

Other supplementary guarantee will not be provided except the one imposed by the Transport Ministry.

The towing and manipulation costs are not included in the guarantee conditions. 

4. Full conditions in order to benefit of the guarantee:

4.1. The mentioned guarantee is available only if the buyer and/or any other person that uses the vehicle sold through AAA New Kopel respect the instructions specified in the guarantee certificate.

4.2. It is requested to respect all the specifications regarding the periodical revisions mentioned in the service book. All the repairs must be done in the service network authorized by Union Motors. The buyer needs to keep and show the detailed estimate for any revision/repair made during the guarantee period.

4.3. Accessories and other components fitted on the vehicle will be maintained only by the authorized persons. The usage according to manufacturer specifications is necessary and mandatory.

4.4. All used components and oils need to fulfill the technical standard imposed by the proper conditions of usage.
